You can also perform the role of Assistant Lecturer in Pulchowk by continuing your education.For this you have to read Master degree in Renewable energy.(MSREE) and contact with HOD mechanical department at the time of admission

If you have good link , you can also do the job at NEA, NAC with contract

Abroad study is also the best option.After two years of study you can get the job placement if you choose the top universities
